We offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee for digital blueprints and booklets. If you are not completely satisfied with your digital blueprint or booklet product purchase for any reason, just let us know within 30 days and you will receive a full refund…no questions asked.
Clothing, Hats, Apparel & Accessories
These are custom-printed products. We send our designs to our trusted partner, Printful, for printing and shipping. That means everything is made to order just for you and shipped to you directly from them. We don’t keep items in an inventory…or have a magical warehouse elf lol. Sooo…we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, disliking the color in person, or suddenly realizing you have too many t-shirts, etc. (no such thing, btw).
We’ll Fix It If:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- There’s a printing or manufacturing error
- You received the wrong item entirely
In these cases, email us at
orders@buildyourownbow.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the problem
- A short description
We’ll review your case, and if it satisfies Printful’s return policy, we’ll get you a free replacement or send you a refund…no red tape…no groveling required.
But We Can’t Help With:
- Wrong size ordered (we include size charts for a reason)
- You changed your mind
- “It’s not what I expected”
